XO Hotel & Apartments

it's very terrible, I booked a few days ago, but they don't update their service, so I can't find any rooms after arriving there. But the receptionist doesn't say sorry.

if they informed us before about their situation, I wouldn't be in terrible situation. I tried to find another hotel for 2 hours around there. it's the first time for my family on our vacation in NhaTrang.

Everything was good! 24hr reception was a bonus: we arrived on the sleeper bus at 4am and the reception was able to put us in a room straight away. There was an early check-in fee, which was very cheap (for our euro currency). Staff very helpful and friendly.

Great beds, super clean bathrooms, daily housekeeping, and it's only a 3 minute walk to the beach. They can also give you motorbikes on rent for 120,000 VND a day.

There was a bit of noise one night and it's not exactly soundproof.

Was a great stay. Hotel is in a quiet area, but in the center also. Theres a lot things around. Staff is friendly, the rooms are awesome! Very clean and very well maintainend. Smells nice, everything works properly, which i really appreciated. Did go there 2 times and will come back again! Beds are great, we slept so well. Big thanks to xo hotel and apartments

Everything waa great! I wished they had a pool, but the sea is so near and theres no need to it.

There were little bugs in the closet

There was NO breakfast offered. If there was any buffet breakfast, nobody told us about it. Our stay was perhaps 'pre-season'? The restaurant seemed to be closed.

The location of the hotel was in an alley, and the way was not very well marked from the main street. The view from the balcony definitely did not inspire any 'song writing'. I had to ask for 'housekeeping' initially, but afterwards all went very smooth.

Trang, the reception clerk is very friendly, easy to communicate with and accommodating. The apartment is basic but comfortable with good value for money. We love the location which is a short walk to the beach and we enjoy talking with locals on the way. We have stayed here before and will continue to return.
