"Nice but the staff could have offered a slight compensation for the fact that we had no footy in the room …. Nothing was"

We did NOT have access to 7HD for the football …. The maintenance team tried to resolve but couldn’t … there was no problem with the 7 channel as I spoke to people who were watching the footy

The breakfast was nice but prefer to have a buffet breakfast ….. need cereal in the morning… I’ve never stayed in a five star hotel and experienced this

It was literally an overnight stay,so we didn’t try the facilities on offer Considering the hotel is part of casino it’s whisper quiet ! There was a beautiful smell lingering from the a/c in the corridors Close to all city venues

The brown scuff marks on the marble floor in the bathroom & in the sink were little off putting. rust marks from the rubbish bin are a little tacky The personal iPad by the bed to inable is to use was dead & not able to be charged or used when trying to contacting the concierge, but there is always the cordless phone To be honest all of my comments are being super picky. It was a nice quiet room & half price so what’s not to like.
