I loved the location, the room was spacious and beds were comfortable. I asked for a surprise for my sisters birthday and they delivered with a complimentary bottle of champagne for us to share, and this was greatly appreciated.

I didn’t like a holding deposit of $200 taken off my credit card and apparently I won’t get this back for days. I understand why it’s done, but I think this is too much and plus this hotel is not a cheap hotel to stay at. Can I also suggest supplying mugs as well as teacups and saucers.

Best accommodation I've stayed in anywhere. The service the staff provide cannot be beaten. Fastest, friendly service every time. Rooms are stunning and massive. Room service food is the best I've ever had.

Absolutely nothing

The room and view were excellent. All the staff were very friendly. My husband and I were celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary and we received an unexpected surprise bottle of sparkling wine.

Style and elegance with comfort

No balcony

Beautiful location, lovely big room. Don’t order room service. It took over an hour and half, two reminder calls to get two pieces of very bland cheesecake, a cold ‘hot chocolate’ and a lemonade, with a $10 delivery charge to bring it to your room on top. $75 for something we ordered at 7.50pm and received well after 9.20pm. Big fail in my opinion. Apart from that, it was nice to be in the centre of the city and watch all the building work being done at festival plaza Would we do it again? Yes probably, the highlight was dining at Madame Hanoi, walking distance and the most delicious food.
