Please note that for weekend bookings (Fridays and Saturdays): cancellation needs to be made 14 days prior to arrival, so no fee will be charged. Any later cancellation or no show, the entire reservation will be charged. Cribs are available; guests need to provide their own crib linens however. A deposit may be required at the property.

"A wonderful, relaxed place to stay"

We have stayed at the Devonshire Arms before and loved going back. It is top-notch. The atmosphere is relaxed, the staff are wonderful and the accommodation and food are excellent. The location is lovely, in a small, quiet village bit near several National Trust gardens and the Fleet Air Arm museum.

"The best pub in England"

Everything. Such a beautiful pub in just the most idyllic surroundings. Staff could not be more helpful and welcoming. Amazing dinner and stupendous breakfast.
