La vista

Las sábanas y toallas muy viejas y manchadas, el desayuno malisimo y en la página nos mostró un precio y cuando llegamos nos cobraron más, al meternos nuevamente en la página donde dice precio total abajo decía excluye le das clic y ahí venían otros cobros,

Camas incómodas colchón duro y almohadas planas. El TV no funcionó nunca y los enchufes no funcionaban solo uno

"a perfect view for a great price"

perfect view on the lagoon, entrance to that same lagoon, place to park our car, nice pool, breakfast was very good, always 2 choices, fruit or daily menu, price was good for what we got. Bacalar is a must visit, but if pool & lagoon entrance isn't a necessity then I would have chosen a hotel in the city center

next to the highway, including trucks 24/7 lacks some maintenance here and there, for example, the plastic cover of the power outlet missed, the water pressure was low and the painter could do some work here

Solo porque esta enfrente de la laguna

Las instalaciones les falta mucho mantenimiento,el clima no enfría bien,la puerta principal no le funciona el seguro,la puerta del balcón esta cayéndose,la taza no baja bien el agua,y las almohadas ya hace falta unas nuevas,y la mas cara que e pagado desde merida,cancun isla mujeres y tulum. Creo que hay otras opciones mejor para hospedarse.

La ubicación frente a la laguna, el trato de la recepción, te llevan tus alimentos donde estés, también te apoyan a solicitar el tour. Muy bonitas todas sus instalaciones
