"Il faut revoir les prestations"

-L’hôtel est joli avec une belle vue sur la Laguna Bacalar. -Activité Kayak (100 pesos pour 1h) ou excursion pour les admirer le coucher du soleil est proposé (500 pesos par personne pour 3h). -Check-in réalisé à 14h au lieu de 15h donc c’est gentil.

-Bruyant car l’hôtel est situé sur une route principale. -loin du centre ville et des activités pour la Laguna et pour manger. Il faut prendre sa voiture. -Petit-déjeuner horrible, pas bon et surtout rien à manger (une petite coupe de fruit, 2 tartines et un café). Si vous voulez une omelette ou tacos/ faritas… c’est en plus et il faut payer très cher ! Inadmissible. -Notre porte de chambre ne fermé pas à clé correctement et nous avons passé 1 journée avec notre chambre ouverte à la vue de tous le monde. Le coffre fort ne fonctionnait passé.

"Bon hôtel à Bacalar "

Hôtel sympathique avec très jolie vue et accès à la lagune, parfait pour profiter du lever ou coucher du soleil. La chambre familiale est très grande, mais plusieurs dysfonctionnements : la clim ne fonctionne pas bien, pas de wifi, la télé impossible à faire fonctionner, pas du tout de pression d'eau pour se laver. Personnel bien agréable, sauf au petit déjeuner si on y va pile à 8h (heure d'ouverture) on dérange ...et jolie piscine.

"Un lugar maravilloso, el hotel bien se ve mejor en las fotos que en realidad."

La ubicación es extraordinaria, el hotel en general bien el desayuno y los alimentos dejan mucho que desear, la habitación de buen tamaño y la limpieza buena.

Los desayunos son muy básicos y de no de buena calidad, deberían mejorar en ese aspecto.

"Eenvoudig hotel prachtig gesitueerd."

De locatie aan het meer is prachtig. Fijne ligbedden om in de avond bij de lagune te zitten. Zwemmen kan ook in de lagune.

Kamers waren erg basic. Bed, bank, tv. Gee sfeervolle toevoeging. Douche had een zeer beperkte straal, waardoor je 3 keer zo lang bezig bent met douchen.

"Mooie locatie maar er wordt niets mee gedaan"

Locatie aan het meer is super mooi, ruime bedden op de familie kamer.

Zwembad was vies. Ontbijt was slecht en werd geserveerd in het " restaurant" wat normaal nog niet door kan als kantine. Er is zoveel meer te maken van deze plek....jammer
