The location was great for my work.

The room was adjacent to a very busy main road with lots of traffic noise. More upsetting was the check in procedure. I got no instructions prior to my arrival which meant I could not check in as soon as I arrived. Not ideal after a long drive. Then I was asked to download an app that my phone wasnt compatible with. This meant I had no choice but to request a keycard which cost an extra £5. A sneaky way to take £5 in my opinion. Then an extra service charge of £3 was added. So £8 was taken from my damage deposit. I would orefer them to be uofront and just add the £8 to price of the stay. I won't be staying there again. Finalky the sink in the ensuite is tiny making it difficult to have a shave before leaving for work.

Nothing interesting for me

Very very small bed. Very tight space. Very noisy : the road

Absolutely nothing. The pictures were nothing like the reality.

The smell. The complicated entry/ key situation. The size of the room - nowhere for cases. The admin involved in getting most of your deposit back (you will never get all of it back) The onerous terms and conditions The owner's customer service The immediate surroundings. The general and overwhelming seediness of the place.

We was charged for a £100 deposit which was only informed to us once we had booked. We couldn’t cancel because it was non refundable so either way we would lose out on money. Then she used that £100 as a weapon and didn’t send the full deposit back claiming we had stained towels which we hadn’t even used. Would never reccomend. Not a way to do business
