Cheap and handy location

Kitchen area not very clean and the curtains didn’t fit very well and only just closed

I use this hotel most working weeks, as it has secure private parking (away from the main road), decent cooking facilities (more healthy and cheaper than takeaways/restaurant meals), and a quick walk into Coventry centre. I like the use of my mobile as a key card, too (this is optional). It's also quiet and clean.

Can't think of anything, as this is my preferred Coventry hotel.

The shower was a very good shower

They are quick to take the charge of nights and then after you have paid they then message and ask for £100 to be sent over or you can’t go to your booking and it’s non refundable so it wasn’t stated before hand! And then when you ask for the £100 deposit they make you wait a few days and are very slow at replies! They then defect money from the deposit if you choose to send them your details to send back over which is weird! But overall won’t be staying again purely for the fact they keep taking money and then reluctant to return back!
