Got it! Let’s adjust that review. Checking into a hotel should be simple, but at Sky City Apartments, it was a nightmare. They charge £5 just for a key, unless you use their app, PocketPass. While I managed the app, I can see how it would be tough for older guests. The whole experience, from cobwebs and cleanliness issues to the awkward check-in and a £100 deposit (not fully refunded, only £97), left us feeling unwelcome. The apartment was small, dark, and overall, it’s not a place I’d recommend.

Very clean and comfortable. Easy key fob using phone meant checkin was a breeze as all logging on was all done prior to arrival. This meant as soon as we arrived key was there on my phone and we were in in seconds
