Terrible smelling drains , extractor fan running excessively keeping us awake neighbours very inconsiderate at 2am banging doors and talking loud

Own kitchen and bathroom. Iron and ironing board. Overall good facilities provided. Biscoff biscuits!

£100 bank account transfer needed for the deposit in order to gain access to the property - this isn’t mentioned at the time of booking. £5 deducted from this upon them returning the deposit to me - because they left out a key card for us (not because it’s lost or anything, just for you to have a keycard for access!), then £3 deducted from your deposit for the privilege of paying a deposit! I would have given a higher rating if this was displayed honestly at the time of booking, but it’s a sneaky process. I will stay closer to the CBS arena next time as the walk was long and complicated. Ended up flagging down a taxi. Walls and ceiling are painted too dark, large TV in the way next to the bed.

Corridors were dark, warped flooring in the bathroom, room was too hot, no air conditioning, had to keep windows open all night.

Good location for CBS arena. Free parking. Tea and coffee facilities. Bed was ok.

The toilet did not always flush. Not enough towels for the room (1 large towel, 1 medium towel and 1 hand towel for 2 people). It was real hot - underfloor heating was on and could not be turned off. There was a fan provided. We paid double the normal price because of the gig at the CBS arena.

A good place to stay, especially if you want cooking facilities, private parking (off the main road, with CCTV) and a quick walk into the city. It's my go-to hotel for Coventry and I use it most weeks (from one night up to four, depending upon my requirements).

Can't say there's anything I can think of. It matches all my requirements.
