Buona posizione, appartamento curato e confortevole, ben attrezzato anche con elettrodomestici di marca, comoda anche la lavatrice/asciugatrice

Abbiamo segnalato che al primo giorno la porta finestra risultava rotta e aperta, non ci sono stati interventi a tal proposito in 5 notti di soggiorno (meno sicurezza e più rumore), ok che l'appartamento era al primo piano di una corte interna, ma un intervento concreto sarebbe stato apprezzato. Appartamento pulito, ma consiglio maggiore attenzione anche al divano (un po' impolverato nell'aprirlo come letto). Per il resto ottimo soggiorno.

Location was excellent

The ceiling of the shower needs some maintenance. The patio door was left open when we arrived and it was difficult to close it. My partner cut his finger and his foot with the stool as it was very sharp on the edge of the banding. More towels would have been useful due to the length of the stay and a welcome booklet to explain where things are and how they work (heating etc)

Location was good and the place was very clean with all the ammenites

the apartment was so clean and well equipped..the location of ir was superb ..close to many things in inspite of the dark scary area at night ..it's hardl to say its convenient for tourists!

the staff wa rude ..it tools me more than hour to find any one answer the phone ..they work on an online check in system which proved to be bad ( I had to stay for more that hour with my luggage in front the apartment door begging them to find a way to get me in because the payment link wa so bad..People in neighborhood said itsnot first time..people always wait for hours to make check in !!!!!!!!!!

The location of the property is good but a little run down

Everything was clean and tidy. Everything worked fine. I would like the owners of the apartments to put dry napkins in the kitchen and bathroom, garbage bags.

Dangerous area. It is very dangerous to walk in the evening, we had to take a taxi to get to the house, because the "locals" of this area scared me and my girlfriend

The place is quite well equiped with everything need it. The host provided all the necesary info for self check in.

We had to do a 250 euro saftey deposit and this was quite unusual for us. We were not charged in the end. The area, although is quite near São Jorge Castel, is also near Martim Monitz Square, which in the evening/night, does not look like a very safe place.
