Modern clean secure apartment with fully equipped kitchen & laundry.

Location was on top of hill a bit farther away from most of Lisbon attractions besides Sao Jorge Castle.

The location was good but all the rest was disaster.

It was one big disaster!!! We had a problem with the stuff! When we arrived we had to wait because we were to requested to make a deposit of 250€ ( after they had already token all the amount of the payment) and they didn’t tell as how to pay it… It was also difficult to speak with them on the phone. The woman told as that we didn’t pay the deposit and that she is having a massage and has no time. Thanks a cleaning lady we entered to the building and our apartment which was not prepared for us. So we had to wait for one hour. It took half an hour till we received the link for the deposit payment. Since that time no one picked us the phone. Many other things: - furniture was destroyed, old, very cheap and poor quality. It didn’t look like on the pictures - bed didn’t have the size for two people - in the shower was a mildew - for 5 days for 2 person we got only one towel and two bath towels Now it’s five days we left and I still didn’t receive the deposit!!!

Location is Great, lots of und Restaurants nearby, the place is nice and clean.

I had to Transfer the city tax and a Security deposit of 250€ to a private bank account before they would send me the details for the check-in. All in all very sketchy and no information on when I would get it back. The night before leaving the host contacted me again asking what time I will be leaving the apartment which is all a bit annoying when you‘re on Holiday. The process before the Check-in was really annoying. The host sent me a lot of E-Mails before asking for the arrival time which was irrelevant since the Check-in can be done by yourself. I asked about changing the booking from 3 to 2 people and didnt get a reply. Also we had to prepare the sleeping couch by ourselves even though they knew that we would need it. Would have hoped for a better service.

The kitchen and bathroom were newer. The decor was modern and tasteful.

The place is smaller than we expected from pictures, and felt a little cramped for the price.

the staff behaved terribly. we arrived at the property at 10 pm and could only get in 2,5 hours later, although they knew we were there with a child waiting in the street. We had to wait this long because we were requested to make a deposit of 250 eur and they did not give us the code access before receiving the money. after thy gave us the code, there was no key in the box. One month has passed by and still we have not received the reimbursement of the 250 eur, although we left the apartment intact and although the staff promised various times that the money was unblocked. terrible experience, I would not recommend it!!!

Beautifully decorated, modern apartment close to old town. The furnishing of the apartment is very nice.

Since it is in a central location, during the night it can be noisy. I needed to wait 30 min for the contact person to let me in, nevertheless he notified me that he will be running late.

I loved the the cleanliness, the location, espresso machine and the soaps in the bathroom smelled divine. I will definitely be back.

-bedroom faces the street, ground floor - noisy! thin walls, bedroom is also next to the main entrance of the building, so you hear neighbours coming in and going, also noisy upstairs neighbours (you can hear them use the bathroom or walking/talking) -mattress needs to be renewed, worn out -don’t get fooled by the “personal” emails of the owners, they manage more than 150
