Lovely apartment in a great location. The bed was comfortable, shower powerful, the room was very quiet at night and the kitchen was well equipped. Good restaurants only a minutes walk away. 10 minutes to the metro (steep hill) and also the start of Tram 12/28. 10 minutes walk to the castle, 5 minutes to different viewpoints. I would highly recommend this apartment and overall we were very pleased with our choice and staying in the Alfama area of Lisbon.

Paying the 250 euro damage deposit via paypal friends and family cash transfer to the agency directors private paypal account - we got it back 4 days after checkout but I thought it was a scam to begin with. We were also asked to pay the deposit a second time in error and on refund they didn't seem to have any details of how it had been paid and had to ask us - so I was not convinced with how they were managing this side of things. The fan in the bathroom was noisy but could be turned off. And the toaster has an electrical fault and tripped the fuse box when we tried to use it.

Beautiful property in an incredible location. Really friendly helpful hosts.

Very clean. Well laid out. Lots of space for lounging or sitting in kitchen. Shower was good size and bedroom was comfortable. The staff communicated extremely well leading up to arrival and they were accessible during our stay.

they charged us 25 euros for checking in after 21.00.. well we arrived 21.15.. even took a taxi to make sure that they don’t waste too much for us .. we could have taken it easy, have dinner and arrive at 23.59 and the price would have been the same .. I could not find the disclaimer in the posting.. was only informed by a message a few days before arrival and lucky us the flight was a bit late .. too bad that a place that is nice from all perspectives could be tainted by such a “cheap” way of treating guests

This apartment has great location. It locates in old part of town, where you can get almost everywhere by yourself. As for a stop during a trip - great, the place is quiet at night. Also, apartment is amazing. It's clean, you have all needed facilities.

Great location, spacious apartment with everything you need for a short stay. Nice outdoor patio too!

There was a bad smell of stale water in the lobby area outside the apartment, but it didn’t come into the apartment too much. The mattress cover on the sofa bed was also dirty and looked like it had not been cleaned. Thankfully there were clean spares in the apartment.
