Posizione abbastanza centrale.

All’orario del check-in la stanza non era pronta, completamente disordinata. Contattando il servizio clienti mi é stato detto che la cleaner fosse in stanza quando invece in stanza c’eravamo noi e nessun altro. Prodotti per il bagno veramente scarsi, eravamo in 2 e per 2 notti ci sono stati dati solamente due piccolissime bustine usa e getta.

The property was not as described, no actual beds, just a old and unstable sofa bed and a foldout camp bed from 1980's , listed separate bedroom and there was only one room and a bathroom. Lockbox, was a hunt to find, fastened to a grill, half way down the street, luckily it was daytime when we arrived otherwise we wouldn't have found it. Communication was extremely poor throughout, raised complaint on arrival with booking.com who were a joke to deal with, responses and time of response from property management was incredibly poor, sometimes over 24hrs, booking.com did nothing to help and after sending a message to conflict resolution never got a response. I would avoid, and will not use booking.com again. Asked for alternative accommodation with a standard bed for me and my son, no attempt to resolve or offer solution, didn't attempt to call me and no one answered the number listed, no interest in offering any part or full refund. The customer service level from all was none existent and I expected better from booking.com to help resolve. We had no choice but to find alternative accommodation and didn't return to the property. The trip was for my sons birthday and it negatively impacted our time in Turin,

Great location, flat was quite spacious

You had to take out the garbage or you would be fined. It's the only place that we stayed in that had this kind of rule. There was also a fine for leaving dirty dishes. Vacation should be for relaxing and not worrying that you would be fined for leaving a dirty cup. The third, single bed was very small. I'm a short person (164cm) but it still wasn't long enough for me, so it definitely wouldn't be suitable for a tall person. Bathroom was quite run-down.

Extremely close to Porta Susa, nice and comfy.

Very good location to reach the center on foot, surrounded by stores, restaurants yet cosy and quiet.

the bed mattress was too soft for us.

The location of the apartment is so good 👍

Everything was fine except the time of checking out, 10 am is so early especially with a baby 😏 11 am could be good!

We came to check in at 15:30 (after 15:00 as the staff had said) but the apartment had not been cleaned. They also gave us the wrong keys, so we waited a long time to enter. The apartment itself is okay, but maintained very poorly: water in the toilet was running non stop, the shower head was broken, the sofa was creaky and old, the intercom was probably also broken and rang several times a day, although no one had called the apartment. Would not recommend..
