Property Notes

The keys will be collected in our office in via Filippo Juvarra 24 in Turin, from 11:00 to 13:00 and from 14:00 to 23:00. It will be possible to enter the apartment after 15:00. It will be possible to leave your luggage in the office, collect the keys and access the apartment once cleaning is finished, by 3:00 pm. We will provide you with further instructions one week before check in. After 21, check-in directly at the apartment is possible with the following extra costs: EUR 25 from 21:00 to 23:00 - EUR 30 from 23:00 to 00:00 - EUR 40 from 00:00 until 01:30. All requests for late arrivals are subject to confirmation by the property. The last possible check-in, even paying the supplement is 01:30.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.

The position was quite good, nearby there is a supermarket and some bars. 20 minute walk and you are at the center, but there are also bus stops nearby in case you don't want to walk

The bed! Unfortunetely, we noticed it too late when we already booked the place. As it was already mentioned by others, it's not even a bed but a sofa, and the worst thing is that it was so loud... the blanket that was used for the night had a hole in it. But I think the most disappointing thing was that the day before we were supposed to leave, we got a message from the host that we cannot leave the bags with garbage and have to throw all the garbage ourselves!? The compony informed us that after we leave the flat the cleaning lady will come to clean it, so it means that the cleaning service is already included in the price...and still they ask their guests to take the garbage out of the flat and to throw it in outside bins. It's the first time such situation happened to us.
