Tutto, bella la stanza, personale molto gentile ed accogliente, ottimo anche il ristorante presso l'hotel! Posizione bellissima attigua al meraviglioso parco!

לא קבלנו את החדר המשפחתי שהזמנו. קבלנו 2 חדרים לזוג מה שאילץ אותנו להתפצל וגרם לנו לחוסר נוחות מאוד גדול. ארוחת צהריים היתה אמורה להיות מוגשת בין 14:00-16:00 , הגענו ב15:00 וכבר לא נשאר אוכל בבופה ולא מילאו את האוכל שנגמר.

Расположение отеля великолепное: на краю парка, рядом со СПА центром. Бронировали 2 номера стандарта рядом, но из за большого количества гостей в те дни, нам сделали апгрейд стандарта на люкс. Уборка, завтрак, персонал-все на высоком уровне.

Hotel with lovely staff and excellent location. At arrival, they offered a room upgrade free of charge. Room was big, clean and well-equipped. There are installed window net as well.

The hotel location, staff and surrounded garden and rehabilitation facilities are astonishing.

I booked half board, breakfast was adequate. However lunch is served from 2-4 pm while not enough supplies and no refill, I ended up with Salad bar only for three consecutive days. The staff are polite, accommodating customers pressure and working hard but the issue is no food supplies from the kitchen. Management is not taking the issue seriously when highlighted to them.
