Clean and well located

Iโ€™d arranged a birthday surprise in the room for my travel companion which had been confirmed with the staff via WhatsApp. Iโ€™d explained during booking that we would arrive between 00:00-01:00 the next day ( the birthday) and again by WhatsApp confirmed the expected time. I had explained we would be driving from Tbilisi. Upon arrival, the staff only communicated with my travel companion in Georgian despite the booking being in my name. They told him we had a room upgrade due to his birthday but sadly nothing in the room (as had been confirmed) because โ€œwe didnโ€™t know when youโ€™d arriveโ€. I mean, do it or say nothing.

Beautiful location in Tskaltubo. Spacious rooms, tasty lunch, and breakfast included in the price. Parking is available as well. Helpful staff. Beautiful Parkside setting.
