The staff are extremely helpful with any issues I’ve ever had I come here once a month for work only ever had one issue and they were very quick to resolve it and helpful with making sure it wouldn’t happen and explaining it rooms are always clean and the breakfast is good as well

The breakfast is wonderful. The main hot dish changes daily. One day, it was a burrito; one day, an egg, etc., and every day, there was yogurt, waffles, bagels, and cereal. Coffee, tea, and three different juices are available too.

The TV can be complicated to navigate. The menu does not match what is available. You need to stop at the front desk and ask for a list of channels, which you then input separately from the menu. The hotel is pricey, but there are no other good choices in Buffalo.

Excellent hot breakfast every morning. Excellent location within walking distance of restaurants and grocery shopping and very close to everything Buffalo has to offer.
