No elevator, but that didn't bother me at all. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was comfortable and peaceful, and the breakfast was good.

Nothing of note, coffee was good.

The beds are hard as a rock, expensive for a medium hotel, over $220, I think was outrageous for this hotel!! I’ve stayed at much better hotels that where not much more. I didn’t realize that the reservation was non refundable either, we had a wedding dance in Delano and the hotel opened up more rooms and we had already booked this one in advance and couldn’t move the reservation. Not worth that kind of money for sure!!!
