"Disappointing"

No breakfast the villa had dusty surfaces upon arrival cups not clean properly pool not cleaned they only cleaned partially once and the nxt time the cleaners come they only sweeped a few flowers and took off. I only got fresh towels once over all id rate this property 40/100
