The Catur Villa Seminyak

- spacious rooms - nice pool - great space for families. - Staff were friendly n we had daily housekeeping and pool cleaning. -Fresh towels daily n beds made. - clean drinking water was available.

- A stray cat was at the villa every day and came back even after us and staff kept shooing it away. Kids saw it munching on a rat it caught, and it slept on the sofa beds. - A couple of the power points needed fixing.

We enjoyed the feeling of a safe stay with the security offered , plus the pool was great

we felt the Villa was a little tired , The lack of knives on the Kitchen was an issue . It could do with more utensils . The open air bathroom was difficult to overcome plus the villa needed a lot of maintenance .

We liked the space, the location, the quietness, the staff, the security guard, the cat visits… The bed was a bit on the noisy side, but comfortable. The pillows were also comfortable. A hot water urn was onsite, and fresh water bottle in dispenser. We didn’t have any issues with mosquitoes, which was good. We enjoyed the outdoor bathroom too.

The location was good, close enough to owalk to everywhere except the beach

Massive rats on the beds at night. Broken doors, only one key, stained sheets, extremely hard beds, 5 staff just walking in and cleaning when we asked them not to and didnt even give us toilet paper top up, rude staff on check in. We don't like to complain and are not fussy at all but this place was really manky.

Microwave didn’t work. Only one of the rooms was not looked after at all by the staff

Would like the fact that it was private

Too many rats

Not a dealbreaker, but the pool could of done with a clean.
