The Catur Villa Seminyak

The private pool and the space within the villa was amazing. The staff were very attentive and kind. Great cleaning services everyday and the grounds were maintained well.

The kitchen requires maintenance to want to use it and the bathrooms could use a little tlc as they too are quite worn. The beds did make a lot of cracking noises, though were still comfortable.

The place was covered in black mold, I had an immediate allergic response!! My eyes were swollen for days! The rooms were filthy, moth balls thrown everywhere to hide the smell! No kettle, freezer was iced up, seals on fridge full of mold, kitchen sink in bad condition and dirty!!! Broken furniture, no soap, toothbrushes or any kind of toiletry! Bathroom sink tap broken, under the sink in both bathrooms rotted out and thick with black mold! Pool was covered in vegetation and needed a good clean! Garden was overgrown, the sunbathing area near the pool covered in black mold!!! Not fit or safe for a human to stay in, massive health risk! Should be ashamed to ask people to pay to stay here!!!

Great location. Large rooms and good pool and outdoor area

The loud motorcycle and voices noise from the alley right behind the bathroom wall. Very noisy until about 11pm

Location and size

The bed linens and towels were marked with stains and were old. No hand towel either. Cooking facilities were old. No hot water in the kitchen sink for washing dishes. The bathrooms ranged from no hot water in the vanities in the to hot water with no pressure with the cold water. The cleaning staff did only what they needed to. Dead cockroaches left on floors etc. items moved around to clean and were broken. One room the the sliding door was not working properly so trouble locking and keeping mosquitoes out.

It’s a great value based on the location. It can accommodate sooooo many people so it’s best for groups.

Nothing in particular. The property is okay. Hopefully they do some upgrades towards luxury part but overall it gives you complete basic facilities.
