Money was stolen. Taken from a spare wallet out of a handbag while we were out. It was only about $20, which included a $10 note, a $5 note and numerous gold and silver coins. This was not noticed untill we got home. I know it was only a small amount but having somebody go through your personal belongings is not right.

Very good size of the property. Staff communication is just the best via Whatsapp. Easy to text and get a reply.

Kitchen needs minor update

Staf was frendly.

1.day night no electric, second day night no electric, no water, 4. Day, 5.day, 6. day night no water. The best thing the supervisor does : Very good apologize.

The toilets in the villa didn’t work. We were told to wipe with toilet paper and place toilet paper into little bins next to the toilet. Which will be collected each day of our 3 night stay. We said we can’t do that’s it’s very unhygienic and it will make each room smell bad. The solution of air freshener sprays were given. We asked for a refund as we can not stay here with 4 kids. We were told a refund is against their policy. In the end we just left the place. Also the photos of the villas are very photoshopped. It’s really run down and dirty. We left the property after a couple of hours and rebooked at another property.

A refund should have been given.
