common area is outside, hot humid nights and mozzies dont make it easy to socialise with friends or family,

The villa was lovely with 2 rooms the pool was great. The cleaning staff were amazing too.

The hosts weren't very good with English. I had my partners birthday there we had fire dancers and were contacted very quickly to say the sparkler thing they used can't be used even though it was 7 mins long and the sparkler was going for all of 30 seconds.we also had our driver and his wife over for my partners birthday dinner and they quick to tell us that guests will be charged to stay which they weren't.

Lawns not maintained, no shower pressure. Very old and tired - needs update. Overall cleanliness poor. Not like the photos, no cushions on day bed or pool lounges like in photos. No pool towels and does not state anywhere available on request. Did not look like photos at all.

Only the location caused it was in Seminyak but I was given a Villa, though in Seminyak, but different from the one originally stated in the booking. Prior to the trip, I kept on getting text messages from the property to go to a different address from the booking. It was a very dissappointing Villa.

Upon our arrival, the garden was full of flowers. It was not cleaned. We arrived late due to delayed flight. In the bathroom, we found live cockroach and same in succeeding days. We must have killed 5 cockroaches in our 4 nights stay. After our 1st night, I wrote the property about the dirty bathroom, dirty fan and they cleaned it, painted the walls of the bathroom as there were dirt all over the walls. They acted on it only after I complained and when we were already staying in the property. On our 3rd nite, they failed to wash the utensils we used. Spider web were all over the bathrooms and the garden was just too dirty we dont want to swim in the pool. I reckon I was given an old Villa despite having booked for a good one. I FELT CHEATED BUT BECAUSE I WAS WITH GUESTS, I DONT LIKE TO CAUSE TROUBLE. I HAVE BEEN USING BOOKING.COM FOR YEARS AND THIS IS THE 1ST TIME I AM SO DISSAPOINTED WITH MY BOOKING.
