Was pretty good stay

Comfortable, no nonsense rooms. Outdated but cozy. The views are amazing from the balcony and the staff was friendly and helpful. We stayed one night an encountered a juvenile bear near the hotel entrance on the road, in the parking lot and by the creek. Be careful with food as he did try to break in a truck with food stored in it. We will be back!

Staff was pleasant, location is convenient. Pretty brook behind hotel however… room was dirty. Mold around showers and floor filthy. Many bugs in room also.

Spiders and old cobwebs all over the room. Floor was dirty. Bathroom floor was worse. Stained tub. Whole outside of walkways were covered in spiders and webs. Found a dead cockroach on the back walkway. There was hair in the bed. The pillows are so terrible, I couldn’t get a good sleep and had neck pain. I wish I read reviews before I booked. I would have chosen another place. The creek is so beautiful. I wish this place would actually fix the cleanliness that a lot of people complain about in the reviews. It’s really disappointing. I would have asked for my money back but it looks like the hotel refuses to give them so I just dealt with it. Will not be returning. Please fix these problems because that beautiful creek deserves better. The paying customers deserve better.

I came from Louisiana and the pictures of the room was not them. They are old looking. USB outlets didn’t work. No kind of lights in the room to see. Was very happy with the view from the room. Need to show really what the rooms look like and not photoshop them.

Relaxing, and wonderful views

Had a good stay. The hotel outside looks a bit dated. But the interior is up to date and really clean. Love that we had a balcony next to the river. Very peaceful and quite.

Good place to stay, and nice management. All places are walking distance from the hotel.

You will see bears! I expected to see a few but shortly after checking in they were right there on the other side of my balcony. I love how the hotel sits on the rivers and you can hear the choppy waters. Walking distance from Anakeesta without all the busy traffic and free parking. Very clean and staff was friendly.
