Bear Creek Inn

Front desk was rather unfriendly and unaccepting, but everything else was great though I would have preferred a curtain over the bathroom window just as peace of mind one truly could not see inside. Air didn't cool the room, but I didn't need it to and stayed comfortable temperature wise. I would stay again.

We have stayed here several times and it’s always great. We can’t wait to come back again. As always thank you

Short walk distance for us to all the attractions in Gatlinburg and the trolley was there when needed

Very relaxing, loved how the river flowed behind the hotel and a balcony to sit and listen. Even got to see a momma bear with 2 cubs. Could had offered fresh fruit and snacks in lobby.

Perfect and quiet. Walked everywhere. Great location

Best part was the view of the river. The room suites my family we'll. No frills for sure. But it was a place to lay our head and rest and the kids had their own space. The view overlooking the river though... amazing
