Loved the balcony over the river!!! Beds were very…springy.

I want to start this off by saying I am not someone who leaves negative reviews often, this may be the third ever. But the room was so dirty, dirt on the floor, in the freezer, blood on the phone, the tv was broken (not just not working but actually broken) the TILE was broken (as if that’s not a safety hazard), and there was some kind of bug in the room also. The most I was there was 20 mins, I checked for bed bugs and went to use the restroom and my daughter told me there was red stuff on the phone and then I went to the staff at the front and asked for a refund so I could stay somewhere else and they basically said to get my stuff and leave. I did so and contacted the booking agency I used to book the hotel and the property refused to refund me because “guest used room”. Guest was in there a total of 20 mins if that. All I wanted was a refund, because I didn’t stay there. And they won’t even give me that, so this is me trying to warn future guests of this establishment. The room I was in was dirty, and the guy at the front was incredibly rude. Other than that, the river view is beautiful, though.

Great place. Nice, clean & comfy. I will definitely stay here again. The beds are perfect & the balcony over the river with the sounds of water rushing over rocks was very pleasant. This place is well maintained & the staff is very helpful. Very close to the strip & a short drive to the mountains & pizza shops & a store just a short walk away. Very affordable too.

This was by far the worst hotel we have ever stayed at! Missing electrical outlets, disgusting dirty floors, the toilet was so dirty you can tell it is NEVER clean. Sheets, towels, pillowcases dirty with stains! I will never recommend or speak a good word about this place!

i enjoyed my stay

I have stayed here twice and while it doesn’t look like much, they have always been super kind to me. They’re clean and I think the creek out back is so super cute!! Love it here and can’t wait to come back!!!

The beds were wonderfully comfortable. Sitting on the balcony overlooking the creek was very relaxing. The area is quiet, and the walls must be thick, so the rooms are quier also. The shower head was great, but there are no shelves to set soap or shampoo.The room was rather dark with only a small overhead light at the entrancee and two small wall lamps between the beds. The only mirror was over the batthroom sink. Our stay was great because we were not there very much; we just needed a good place to sleep, shower, and dress. We were there for the Gaither Fest. I do think the price was a bit too much!

Horrible dirty like real dirty the doors have weather strip you can see through the cracks no amenities staff are nonexistent I hated this place for sure will not stay again
