Bear Creek Inn

Not far from the strip in Gatlinburg within walking distance. Great price for the rooms.

The view was great. However the visible mold growth on the ceiling and the literal rock they were using to hold up the refrigerator that made very loud noises throughout the night made me have second thoughts to this hotel. It’s clear the floors do not get cleaned very often. And the towels had traces of stains that was very off putting. All in all we probably won’t be back due to the lack of care from the establishment to clear up the mold which is a health hazard and make sure the appliances are making loud noises that can disturb the guest. Also if you need to place a rock on the fridge to get it right probably time to replace it.

Loved balcony view and it was very peaceful and serene. Need a better smoking area because of your upstairs it is inconvenient to have to go all the down stairs in front of office to be a to smoke especially when you're having winter weather. All in all it's a nice place. Family affordable.

Definitely an older hotel with aging rooms. It was still a nice spot on the river. For the price its an ok spot.

The creek

The location is good and only a short walk to the parkway and the main attractions of Gatlinburg. It's an older facility but good value for families. The staff was friendly and helpful. The main draw for us was the balcony overlooking Bear Creek. The room was dated but clean. The only minor criticism is the lack of table and chairs for eating/sitting found in other similar units in the area. But overall a great experience for our family of 3 for the long weekend. Would consider this location again when we go back to the area.

Nothing is perfect in this world, however the room was good and we were comfortable. Great price. I loved the creekside view. I will book again and recommend to family and friends.

$200 per night and the hotel does not provide basics like toilet paper replacement and clean towels unless you walk to the front desk building also you have to pick up all the garbage cause they do that provide that service they also don’t change the beds
