Really good evening meal and breakfast.

No one was present, or available on the published out of hours telephone number, landline email or to check me in. I was a lone female travelling with a job interview the next morning, late at night and had to locate and pay for another place to stay late at night. When I asked to be refunded I was informed there was no record of my having called (as though I might have made that up) and only picked up my email the next day - so had been recorded as a no show and would not be refunded. Further, and perhaps most egregiously, that they were sure I “would understand”. I can say with absolute certainty I do not understand how I have been charged for a stay that not only did I not have, but had to replace, late at night, two days before Christmas, on my own, compromising my safety, for it the to be implied I hadn’t followed the advertised OOO process (which I absolutely did and sent follow up screenshots of my WhatsApp and call register - which was not responded to).

Bar, restaurants, accommodation excellent. Food really good.

De kamer en de badkamer waren ruim

We hadden het hotel uitgekozen op basis van de eerdere positieve reviews. Maar helaas hadden wij die positieve ervaring niet. De ontvangst was niet hartelijk maar vooral functioneel. De ontvangst/service bij het ontbijt was niet 'authentiek'. Daarnaast vond ik het vervelend dat het hotel aan een drukke weg lag. Aangezien ik altijd met het raam open slaap voor frisse lucht was er veel geluidshinder.
