My Family stayed here from 8/3/25-8/14/25 (we departed early) My husband just got stationed here in WA our home was not ready so we stayed here until it was. we found out we could move into our home earlier than expected but before we decided to take up that offer we asked the front desk if we left early could we get a rebate for the nights we were not going to be there in which we were told yes that's no problem. I made sure to double check because we booked 3rd party but opted in to pay at hotel. the front desk lady stated we did not need to reach out to 3rd party that she would handle it. we departed 5 days early and at check out the person who checked us out stepped away to call management to let them know we were leaving early and he came back and said "i was checking to see if there was an early departure fee, and there is not so you're good to go" i said great asked for a print out of my receipt which shows a credit amount due back to us at a $585.99. after 4 business days i noticed there was no refund back onto my card i called the hotel and spoke to the manager who stated "we don't give refunds" i explained to her what was told to us and all we got was that must of been one of me new hires we do not do refunds ill have to talk to her. Ummm ok well i told her we would have not checked out early if we were notified, they did not give refunds. this manager was not sorry and was rude. we even looked passed all the "wrong" of the hotel itself because we thought a refund was coming through... to our Military families DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL IF YOU PCS!!!!!!!!!! the staff is nonexistent, they never have clean towels or linen we washed our own towels and sheets. the housekeeper walked into our room without knocking scaring my 2 year old and said sorry wrong room!! the entire staff lives at the hotel! and we saw majority of them lighting up a joint in front and with customers right in front of a sign that says no smoking within 100 ft of building. the stairwells smell of dog urine and they charged us for our Service animals AFTER we notified them that we had a cardiac alert dog and Diabetic alert dog! WORSE hotel ever and i worked in the hotel business for years and I've never experienced anything like this!.

I was somewhat concerned based on some of the reviews; however, our stay worked out great. Bed was comfortable; plenty of hot water; overall cleanliness was good and they were constantly mopping up the lobby. We really didn't have any issues, and we stayed for a week.

Cleaning was once per week which worked out ok. I wish the towels were a little more plush but we borrowed from relatives we were staying with.

We stayed here because we were Pcsing to the area and we asked the front desk if we departed early we would get a refund for the days we no longer needed because they can sell our room type quick. I never got the refund and when I called they said they do not do refunds! All the staff were outside smoking joints right by the sigb that says no smoking within 100ft of the building and they all lived at the hotel and the night crew worked in their pajamas! Super unprofessional! They do not do linen exchanges but they will charge you for it! Also they charged us the pet fee for our medical alert dogs we had with us after stating they didn’t require a pet fee we were charged $5.00/day for a 16 day stay! Also their housekeeper walked into our room without knocking which scared my 2 year old! Would not recommend.

Room smelled great and was clean.

There was hair in the towels and some pillows. Additionally, one of the queen beds had pee smell, we didnt noticed until we went to bed and it was too late to change rooms.

Helpful polite ppl at front desk housekeeping does a great job very very clean motel very affordable best motel around hands down

The staff are great very helpful nice and polite the rooms are great beds are very comfortable and its affordable best motel I've stayed at

The front desk staff speaks to customers very disrespectfully and is extremely dismissive. Will not be returning
