Facilities and location. Contact and friendliness of host was wonderful.

The sofa was uncomfortable and the bedroom was very small and a bit claustrophobic with space.

Room itself was good

Wi-fi was poor, hard to connect,, TV was via wi-fi, no aerial, so agai poor Dryer was useless did not dry anything

WiFi connection was extremely poor, practically non existent upstairs. TV remote was non responsive, you have to press on the buttons a million times before it obeys a command, and this has been going on for a long tome as i am a regular user of the property. Some of the kitchen utensil are broken and should not be re-occurring in further visits. I took a bigger apartment this time, but was surprised that the welcome coffee tray i have grown accustomed to was not there.

Perfect location, easy access. The apartment is only a few minutes' walk from the station and all amenities, which is really great.

Lack of space for luggage and belongings (especially in the bedroom and bathroom). My stuff had to stay in the living room, which wasn't very comfortable. Also limited kitchen equipment available if you want to do a lot of cooking.

The accommodation was very calm and quiet with excellent location, well equipped kitchen and a precise host who well informed me about the property key collection. The design was pleasent and comfortable.

A few small things were missing e.g. air freshener from the bathroom. The bigger problem was that the property was got soaked on a rainy day. In this case, the entire upper part of the bed and the pillows were wet due to the water dripping from the shelf and the wall (see in the attached pictures). The ceiling between the hall and bedroom also got soaked.

Location was very good could get into city centre in 5 minutes. Parking was limited but got a spot every time. Even the put down bed was very comfy

Could not get the TV working even with us not connecting to the WiFi but that was not a problem we all had phones. Could have done with extra towels for 5 adults
