Everything was perfect!

The location was very central to town centre and railway station. Apartment was spotless and was very modern. Lisa kept in touch throughout our stay checking to see if everything was to our satisfaction.

The wifi was not very good and we were not able to watch Netflix on the TV as it continually buffered. This is the reason I did not give services a 5.

all good except the fact that the one i took was a smaller unit. I would say this is more of an issue with Booking.com as they show the property differently

when i arrived the toilet was not flushing and unfortunately, they could not fix it for about a week as no one was available for the easter break. I had the bigger problem with booking.com as they never responded to my query. i will stop booking from booking.com for sure in future

The location was fantastic. The apartment was really cleverly laid out, with everything I needed. Brilliant value. I would return & look at a slightly bigger apartment. Thank you so much!

The shower cubicle was a little small with a bit of a sticky door. Minor point though.

It was very clean

The bed was broken and made a noise all night we had no WiFi it worked Thurs but we gave up lack of sleep made us book somewhere else for the Sunday when you go away the last thing I want is to ask someone to come fix wifi and the TV which had limited stations to fix things just expect it all to be working properly
