Attention to detail…… umbrellas left in the hall for guests to use. The breakfast room - whilst unmanned- has every detail covered.

Great location. It was like being in an historic building with great character. The manager was great and helpful.

No staff on site after 2pm. It is more like an upgraded hostel setting. No frills but quaint and comfortable. The building is in the process of being repaired and updated which will make it even nicer. The free parking that the hotel can provide was never available as it is on street parking which was never available. There is a paid parking lot directly across the street which is the best option.

Nice bed and decor and value for money and the room had a fan

The check in process was confusing and poorly communicated.

The gluten free bread was inedible bread, the youngest had all gone, as were the crumpets, croissants would have been nice . But on the whole just about adequate.😊
