Quarto novo, confortável, porém banheiro não foi limpo adequadamente, tinha cabelos de outras pessoas atrás da pia e no chão. Sou loira o os cabelos eram escuros.

"Hotel Novo e bom."

Hotel bom e novo! O único problema como sempre são os hóspede barulhentos. Que arrastam móveis, ou saem de madrugada batendo a porta. Mas do resto tudo ok.

Péssimo atendimento de remediacao. Tocou alarme de incêndio. A equipe da recepção e do restaurante não demonstraram empatia ou profissionalismo. Minha filha de 1 ano e meio acordou assustada e demorou mais de 3h pra dormir. Pessima experiência neste hotel.

"Decepcionante"

Fiquei bem decepcionado. Já estive em outros hotéis da Rede Ibis, esse foi o pior, de longe. Quarto: Estava sujo, é minúsculo, tv pequena, banheiro pequeno, ar condicionado fraco. Atendimento: ok, razoável. Estrutura: Vi diversos pontos pendentes de reforma, luzes queimadas, etc. Localização: Na minha opinião boa, para quem não quer o centro da cidade. Como foi o meu caso. Escolhemos ficar no Ibis tradicional e não no Budget (que é no mesmo prédio) por entender que seria melhor, mas ao que parece, são meio que a mesma coisa ou nem quero imaginar como seria. Já fiquei no Budget em outras cidades e eram melhor do que que fiquei. Inclusive parecia que estávamos no Budget e não no "tradicional".

"Decepcionada com hospedagem"

Foi horrível levando em conta o café da manhã de péssima qualidade , mal distribuído , máquina de café somente com água , comida fria , falta de talher e atendimento operacional horrível ( funcionário não sabe dar informação) Ambiente do café sujo os funcionários não estavam preocupados em limpar o local No apto a porta não fechava , chamamos o atendente que informou que devia bater à porta para fechar. Os funcionários não estavam uniformizado Muito decepcionada pois já fiquei em outros íbis e o atendimento foi totalmente diferente. Não ficarei mais hospedada.
