Nice and clean flat, owners very kind, excellent breakfast. Very central location, on the thoroughfare Via Roma but the rooms were on the back of the building, so quite. The facade of the building indicated extensive and recent renovation, the staircase a bit old. The only negative was that the bathroom was small and without a bidet. Very good quality for money.

Doors were sometimes hard to open, additional 12€ city tax that wasn’t mentioned before was unpleasant surprise

Location was fabulous. Easy walk to many sites and food areas. The air conditioner worked great and they had a king bed ( unfortunately the mattress was too hard!)

Very very very hard to get in the old front door. Building looked creepy when you entered very dark and old . Also key to door of apartment very very hard to unlock. It took 15-20 min to get the doors open. But the owner did text back pretty quick when we were getting worried about getting in!

The property is well located and the hostess super kindness. Since is in the Historic Center, you can find anything around since bars, restaurants and shops just by walking. Parking service is about 5min away from the property and it coasts 20€ per day.

If you’re visiting Palermo I would strongly recommend you stay at Albatros B&B. It’s a beautiful apartment in a wonderful location close to all of the areas of interest. The rooms a spacious and spotlessly clean, the breakfast is superb and the Wi-Fi first class. Our hosts were brilliant and looked after us and after a long day of sightseeing coming back to the apartment felt like coming home. We will definitely be back, a real 5 star apartment.

Nice airbnb, staff were amazing and breakfast was great. Good location, very central. The owners were so kind and even booked us a table for dinner at an amazing restaurant.

Our aircon stopped working but the owners did everything they could to make us comfortable due to the heat - including buying a fan for us.

Excellent location, super friendly staff, nice breakfast with traditional pastry, very comfortable bed.
