There were a number of delicious options at breakfast. The location was convenient for accessing the historical center sites. The hosts were kind and communicative. Self check-in was easy. I didn't have any problems with wifi. Overall, a very good visit.

I found the room key difficult to use, and there was a good bit of street noise.

The location was great, room clean- bed comfortable, staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was timely and provided choices- air conditioning was great- we liked everything!!

We were not put off by the buildings entrance since we have experienced other B&B’s in older buildings- trust the pictures - it is nice inside the B&B.

Central location was excellent for a quick city break, apartment was also immaculate. Good choice for breakfast. Our hosts were very welcoming and provided lots of information on local spots to visit.

Some noise from the road but to be expected in Palermo and the fantastic central location

I didn't include breakfast in my reservation, but there was always bottled water and I was even offered by the hostess a home made delicious cannoli! Both hosts were very nice and pleasant.

Great location near the old city of Palermo - walking area, tourist sites and restaurants nearby. Hosts were very nice.

The property has two rooms on the busy Via Roma, which were very noisy with traffic and two rooms on the alley, which are quieter. Our room description was not accurate - it was called a “suite” with a living room, bedroom and bathroom but it was just a room with a bathroom (with a tiny shower). The “living room” was the breakfast area. So calling it a suite was misleading.

The location was very central near all the sights, bars and restaurants. Also bus and train station 20mins walk. The room was very big, clean and comfy bed. A bit noisy but we managed to sleep OK. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. It could do with more savoury options though.

I didn't like that we had to self check in. Also breakfast was only 8:30-9:30 and the host refused to give us packed breakfast earlier.
