"Exceptional hotel with excellent service to boot"

We stayed here for one night in the end in March. Everything was excellent. This is clearly a top quality hotel, with exceptional customer service and a great breakfast spread. We had to delay our arrival due to illness, and they quickly offered to shift our stay, and refund us for the unused night, despite being less than 24 hours notice. This was greatly appreciated and reduced stress in a stressful situation. The breakfast offering was excellent, with freshly cooked eggs, and good offerings of pancakes and other pastries. The room was lovely. Our only regret was only getting to stay for one night.
