Excelente y relajante lugar con plan todo incluido. Alimentos deliciosos y muy bien servidos.

El plus del hotel es el muellecito a pie de playa la vista desde el restoran es hermosa, el desayuno muy rico, le hace falta un poco de mantenimiento a las instalaciones, las camas riquisimas, la atención y el servicio de Omar y las chicas muy bueno, hay kajack y padel gratis, también servicio de bicicletas, si regreso

We had a great time! If you’re looking for a 5 start resort - this isn’t it. But if you’re looking for a quiet place to stay with your kids that offers an all inclusive option, this is it. The food and service was great. It’s a little far from town, but you can walk there. The pool and waterfront was very nice. The only downside is that the rooms need to be deep cleaned and renovated. There is a bit of mildew on the walls and the bathrooms smell a bit. Overall - a good stay! I would recommend the pontoon boat tour of the lake. We had a lot of fun!

fue muy malo, el hotel hay una parte que esta en construcción y eso no se menciona, no es como esta en las fotos, los balos huelen muy mal y me querian cobrar de más cuando ya había hecho la reservación.

La comida todos los días y todo lo que comimos estuvo más que deliciosa, muy bonita vista pero la comida estuvo muy por encima de todo

The hotel has a beautiful view of the Bacalar Lake, which was amazing. Also, you can swim into the lake, when the tide is slow. The worst part, the hotel doesn't have Wi-Fi service, food service in the restaurant all day and sometimes, doesn't have hot water for take a shower.
