No tenian mi reservación, me iban a cobrar doble, no estaba el cuarto que había pedido y me dieron uno chico, la verdad estaba en muy malas condiciones, le falta mucho mantenimiento al cuarto, me dijeron que me iban a reembolsar por el cambio y no lo hicieron, lo único bueno fue que me ofrecieron el desayuno americano en lugar del continental y que tiene una terraza a la orilla de la laguna, el desayuno si estuvo muy bueno
