The parking lot is too small. The rooms are large and comfortable. The hotel allows dogs, so you never know what you will find in a hallway. The breakfast is a little better than the standard Residence Inn fare. The hotel location is convenient. The mountain view rooms do not offer much of a view. The staff is helpful.

Fantastic place, clean, would stay again

We had a very nice experience. Room was clean & spacious. We were here one night in Sept. The staff member at the front desk was kind & professional. The cleaning staff member was also very good.

We love the host front desk reception who made us feel warm and welcome celebrating our 25th birthday. That woman absolutely rocked, I wish I had gotten her name to tag her in this comment.

Throughout our night, our AC wasn’t working and we found ourselves sleeping very uncomfortably. I would’ve asked for a different room however it was only for one night so we bared the inconvenience.

Great location. Lots of amenities, including work out room, hot tub, and a wonderful free breakfast. Comfortable room and an accommodative staff when we extended our stay.

Construction the last night went on all night back up alarms and big equipment grading the road construction workers yell and talking. Complained to management and basically told they were sorry but they would not accommodate a partial refund since we didn’t sleep the night before. I understand they didn’t have notice but we received 3 different stories making us think they probably knew just didn’t want to lose business. As a Bonovoy member I expect much better communication. They charge for parking and didn’t tell us. Then we were unable to find a spot. Seems messed up to me.
