"Frustrating having to keep asking for help hat I had requested on multiple occasions"

Good location to Disney and breakfast

Ask for towels and shower gel on multiple occasions and didn’t turn up until prompted again. Also toilet was blocked with tissue and came up to hand me a plunger to sort myself. Not a great experience. Oh and again had to wait over 15 minutes for some boiling water to make a tea.

The kids loved the heated pool.

Bathroom door and lock was broken. Got stuck in the bathroom with my daughter until someone could let us out.
