"Good location, but..."

It was close to Disneyland. It had bunk beds and a rollout bed.

They charge you 38 dollars a day to park your car on the premises! Then, when we came back late, there was nowhere to park, so we had to drive around until someone left at 11 pm. Some of the staff were not friendly. There was no bathtub on the family suit. Also, when we tried to call them (to find out if we could check in early) it sent us to an animated call service that just said they were busy.

"A great stay and great staff"

My wife, daughter and I went on trip to Disneyland (Anaheim). Brady took care of us when we arrived at our hotel. I knew it was very important for my wife to have a park view so she could see the Disney fireworks. She had reserved a room but we didn't know what floor. It was a beautiful room and it was perfect for our needs. The only problem was that it was on the second floor. It wouldn't offer a great view of the fireworks. I knew my wife wouldn't ask if it was possible to have another room on a higher floor so I snuck out of the room and went to the frontdesk to see availble options. Brady took time to check and found the same room but on the fifth floor for the exact same price. I was then able to make a wonderful surprise for my wife and daughter. Overall, we had a great stay and a perfect experience. A great thanks to Brady who really made a huge difference on the quality of our experience !!!!

I love this hotel. It’s clean, beautiful, great free breakfast, and the rooms are wonderful for families. I stay here often to walk to Disneyland, and the customer service is great. Darah was especially lovely and went above and beyond for me. I’ll be back!

"Fun, Magical experience at Element hotel Anaheim"

Darah at Element hotel is such a special person and has made our trip truly memorable and wonderful. She went out of her way to help when she didn’t have to and her sweet attitude is contagious! Perfect for a fun Disney experience with my son. Thank you Darah, we’ll be singing your praises to management and if you’re not already you should totally be a leader with Marriott/ Westin! Also the hotel is perfect walking distance to the parks, got plenty of steps in but not too far to have to take a shuttle. Would highly recommend this hotel.
