The location and breakfast was exceptional

Very nice property with huge rooms. Beautiful view of the Tomebamba river. Nice breakfast. Attentive staff. Nice shower with great water pressure.

The sofa in the room was very hard and uncomfortable. Only one chair to sit in if you didn’t want to sit on the hard sofa. Pillows in the bedroom smelled really bad even with new pillow cases, the smell was horrible. Pillows are cheap, get new ones or wash them regularly just like the linens.

It was a great breakfast some variety each day. Location is nice and leafy by the river, not many restuarants about there. There is a little burger bar half a block away called Humo which was quite good.

I like a firm mattress it was a bit soft. Would like a door on the bedroom it was an open plan apartment.

A very spacious suite, nice and helpful staff, free good coffee, plenty of parking, ok breakfast.

The suite was cold, at times very cold. Breakfast area is open and also cold, expensive laundry, receptionist was unaware that foreigners are exempt from paying VAT; it took some discussion to clarify.

Breakfast buffet starts at 7am.. before that only sandwich and coffee available.

My stay was great. But I was surprised when I booked 2 rooms, I had to pay for an extra person. I assumed since I booked 2 rooms, the 4 members of my family and baby can stay comfortably in the rooms. But, being forced to pay for 1 member of my family was a surprise. Can you clarify why that was?
