Hotel & Suites en Cuenca, Venue Batán

This modern boutique hotel features spacious super clean rooms with big windows that face the garden or the river. I had a double bed suite that come with a kitchenette and sitting room. Wifi was included along with a buffet breakfast that we enjoyed daily by the river. Staff were very friendly, accommodating and spoke English well. Showers were nice and warmed up quickly and all linens were soft and clean. Located bedside the Rio Tomebamba about a 10 -15 walk to main historical district. Cross the bridge by the river an walk up the steps at the Plaza El Otorongo.

Las suites son súper espaciosas. El desayuno estuvo muy malo. Buen lugar para dormir la noche pero no escojan con desayuno.

Great peaceful place to enjoy Cuenca.

New building. Great Staff. Great location, few minutes driving to Historic District.

Family Room shower area needs an extra door for privacy and kitchenette needs towells and basic cleaning supplies. Gym is almost non existent. Breakfast food variety needs more vegan options. Phone Directory empty and no dialing instructions.

not so much a complaint, and I am not sure if our room boasted a kitchen on Booking.com, but the room included a fridge, stove top and microwave. However, there were no dishes, cutlery, pots, pans etc., so it is not possible to make use of the kitchen, aside from storing food in the fridge. The friendly staff will provide dishes/cutlery when asked.

Clean hotel, with a sufficient breakfast. Our room was quite large with a little kitchenette and sitting area. Unfortunately the kitchens are not stock with any utensils, kitchen ware, or a coffee pot. Location was good, a short walk to the historic centre with great restaurants. For the price a good hotel to stay for a few nights
