No complimentary drinks, The rooms were not as in the pictures even the location. The shower glass had stains, the faucet was dirty in the bathroom, the paint was falling off the walls, no pvt balcony, The door locks were broken and you can’t lock even with a key

The neighbourhood (Haus Kaz) is very nice, the breakfast was quite good, and the staff were friendly — until we requested a booking change or refund. However, the hotel is located directly in front of a trash-burning site. While trash burning in the area is common and not the hotel’s fault, the lack of proper window insulation or air purification at this price point is a serious drawback.

Unfortunately, the accommodation is significantly different from what was advertised on your platform, and the conditions made it impossible for us to continue our stay. The property does not match the listing photos. The room has visible mold on the ceiling, and the insulation is very poor. The windows do not close properly, allowing cold air and smoke from trash burning directly outside the room to enter. We woke up with sore throats and headaches from the burning trash fumes seeping in through the window. Additionally, the room and beds were damp, worsening the situation. The shower water did not heat up, so we were unable to take warm showers despite the winter temperatures. The balcony also contained a trapped pigeon, leaving droppings and residues in the area. We attempted to request a refund and a change to our booking directly with the hotel staff, but they made the process difficult, so we had to contact the booking platform instead.

Het personeel was super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Er was zelfs een shuttle taxi beschikbaar om ons om 3am een paar 100m verder te brengen met onze baggage naar onze geboekte taxi. En de kamer was erg groot en van alle gemakken voorzien.

De douche was niet zo warm als gehoopt. Niet koud, maar niet warm genoeg om comfortable te douchen. Daarnaast was het vrij gehorig in onze kamer door geluid van buitenaf.

Beautifully designed property.

Location is centre of Haus Klas village which has plenty of coffee shops, boutique shops whilst keeping a local feel… The best part of this property is the staff. Every single person we met couldn’t do more for us. They have a connecting hotel called Minimalist One (Fika restaurant where breakfast is served). Preeti on reception there is a dream. Helping with TukTuks, items we left in the room and knowledge on the area. The gent on reception in poshtel was also incredibly hospitable. We got scammed on our first day so when we arrived to the hotel, to feel looked after and helped after a stressful time was really appreciated. Thank you.

The decor is lovely however our room was very cold but reception did their very best to help with providing extra blankets and heaters
