I like the breakfast in the cafe just across the street. Staff were nice. Hotel rooms were comfortable. Staff did their best to fix any problems that came up.

I didnt like that the pods had no key pass so literally anyone from the street can walk into your pod whilst you’re sleeping. Its not secure. Hot water didnt work in my room so they moved me to another room.

the location, the room and everything worked. the place has a general non Delhi vibe. It's good for staycaytioners who want goa vibes.

the fact that cars are not allowed inside the village should be communicated before hand. Hauz Khas village location is not advised for those who have mobility issues.

Excellent value for money. The Hauz Khas areas is a quirky lively area with mostly locals enjoying a more cosmopolitan feel.

Did not help with bags up the stairs

L'unica nota positiva è il ragazzo delle pulizie molto preciso e scrupoloso. Le lenzuola sono pulite ed il bagno anche. Ovviamente non è colpa sua per la condizione delle parti rovinate. Più di così lui non poteva fare.

Le fotografie non rappresentano la situazione attuale dato che è tutto molto datato e rovinato come le porte, i muri, il box doccia ecc. Non avevamo l'acqua calda nella doccia, abbiamo chiesto in reception e ci è stato risposto che dopo cinque minuti ci avrebbero fatto sapere, dopo un ora non si è sentito nessuno così abbiamo fatto la doccia fredda e ciliegina sulla torta dopo un po' non usciva più acqua ne dalla doccia, ne dal rubinetto. Assolutamente sconsigliato.

No es como aparece en las fotos. Es completamente sucia y descuidada. Se ubica en un barrio de mal aspecto. Además hay escaleras para llegar a la recepción y nadie ayuda con las maletas

⭐ 1/5 – Completely Misleading and Unacceptable

I booked this property through Booking.com, but what we arrived to was nothing like the photos shown online. The images were completely misleading — the actual place was extremely dirty, poorly maintained, and nowhere near the standard advertised. It was so bad that we couldn’t stay longer and had to leave shortly after arriving. On top of that, even though we had a full booking confirmation, the staff insisted we had no reservation. They were unhelpful and rude throughout the whole interaction. The level of unprofessionalism and the condition of the property were shocking. This was a terrible experience and a complete disappointment. I strongly advise others to avoid this place until the listing is updated honestly and the property is properly cleaned and managed.
