Portrait Boutique Guesthouse

Exactly as the photos and description. There is a shared kitchen with each room allocated their own shelf in the cupboard and fridge, this area was clean and respected by all guests during our 3 night stay. The outside space is a bonus with a lovely seating / eating area. There is free parking in the surrounding streets, but it is very busy. We were lucky to find a space very near the property and chose to use the buses rather than our car during our stay. We stayed in the room with the en-suite bathroom which was very spacious with lots of storage and its own outside terrace area. It was perfect and the hosts were lovely. The recommendations for restaurants and things to do were very helpful, we just wish we had more time, 3 days isn’t enough to see all that Valencia has to offer! Would highly recommend.

We probably wouldn’t have chosen this property had the en-suite room not been available, as it wouldn’t be our preference to share a bathroom. But as long as that isn’t an issue to you there is nothing not to like about this property.

A magical place, an oasis in the middle of the city. I was very lucky to be a guest of this house. The main thing in this place is the amazing energy and original design solutions of the owner of the house

This is a little oasis in the middle of the city! The house is even prettier than on the pictures, it’s spacious, everything is well organized, amazingly clean. I felt comfortable immediately. I loved the fact that I could sit outside in the garden (which is so rare in a city!), enjoy the sun and doing some yoga. The neighborhood is safe, portobello cafe is a must if you are there and there are bus stations and a metro station around. Thanks a lot Katie and Leon-you are putting so much effort and heart into this house. You are wonderful hosts and I would love to come back!
