Portrait Boutique Guesthouse

It was our wedding anniversary and we spent a wonderful five days and nights in this amazing place! Many thanks to Leon and Katie, we love Valencia!

It was very beautiful arranged with taste. Great location, close to major avenue. The kitchen was well equipped. The owner greeted us well and helped us with securing a half parking and bringing in our luggage.

The house was extremely cold especially at night. The blankets did not cover our feet, only one sheet, the bottom one. No extra blankets in room. Found blankets in living room that had not been washed, it had food parts ( I hope) stuck to the blanket. Room was the size of a closet. Two washroom for 5 rooms .

Very friendly hosts! it was clean and a very beautiful place in the middle of the city!

I like the idea but as it’s an very old house it’s so noisy when other guests are around in their rooms, using the bathroom or just walking around. The bed was also noisy and there were pigeons on the roof in the morning which was also so loud.

Lovely guesthouse with great hosts in the form of Leon and Katie. I had a nice time there and they looked after me well. Common spaces were comfortable and clean. Bedroom was also comfortable with desk for working if needed.

The guesthouse is located in a quiet street, so not noisy at all at night. Metro and bus to the city and the beach are closeby. For people looking to self cater, I guess all is available. There is also a nice garden/terrace in the back. Leon welcomed us very warmly, it helps that he is a native English speaker for people not being strong in Spanish. Room and living area were surprisingly spacious and tidy. Always a better experience than hotels.

I wasn't sure if we were the only ones using the bathroom on the ground level but no one bothered, so no problem.
