Hotel Le Bougainviller

Location was fine but breakfast was not up to standard.

Service was slow and breakfast can improve.

This place would be a museum if it weren't so comfortable and homey. It's a beautiful oasis of calm amidst the chaos of Kampala. I love the architectural details: staircases, doors, furniture, etc.

Maids were friendly and rooms were clean.

Terrible ‘gym’ and ‘pool’. Front of house lady was awful - forgot to give me my key when I checked in. Very unhelpful throughout. To top it off, tried to charge me $30 extra on my hotel rate - when I pointed it out she shrugged her shoulders. Will not be coming back.

This is the most unique beautiful hotels in Kampala. You feel like you just stepped onto the streets of France when the noice and bustle of Kampala is literally steps away. We love this place!

Restaurant could out more time and energy into what they offer and making sure they have items on hand.

Our room was cozy, clean, comfortable and quiet (far from the road). We enjoyed a lot the private patio, surrounded by plants and flowers. Nice set up and beautiful garden

Everything is right there, great accommodations, nice restaurants, spa, friendly staff etc...
