Hotel Le Bougainviller

It is a unique place you cannot compare with anything else. A quite area in the middle of a crazy town designed with charm and fitted with high quality hardware and sanitary wares alike. A boutique hotel to discover and remember.

Limited choice in the restaurant however outstanding quality cuisine. Anyhow a shopping is ta walking distance

breakfast really basic and not compatible with a 4 star hotel, the rooms on the ground floor are humid and dark-no real windows, the rooms and the reception area are divided by a very trafficked road-annoying to cross every time as the drivers obviously do not stop for pedestrians, the bedding and pillows are old and look like they have seen better days.

Really great staff, and a real effort has been made to make the facilities pleasant and clean.

We asked for an early check in and gave an approximate time, but there was no one at the reception...the security guard when around looking for them for about 20 mins before they were found...in the meantime we were outside in the parking lot with no information...and did not feel very secure. Could have much better coffee...Uganda is a great coffee producing country!!

Location was good for me because it was near our offices, nice grocery store around the corner and a mall with eateries and shopping a short walk away. Quiet rooms!

Breakfast could be a little more diverse. It's okay though. TV has limited selection but internet was sufficient for things like Netflix. Decor is well considered and classy.
